Este é um bolo com influência muito americana que me faz querer temperaturas mais frescas! Não há nada melhor do que aconchegar-se em casa com uma chávena de café, chá ou chocolate quente e uma fatia de um grande bolo picante. Num sofá macio, é ainda melhor. Só a cozedura faz com que a sua boca fique com água. A casa inteira está envolta no aroma doce da canela e do gengibre. É rico, claro, mas este bolo destina-se a ser partilhado com os amigos…
Receita para uma lata de bolo de 22cm quadrados:
Especiaria de aveia desmoronada :
110g de farinha
30g de papas de aveia grosseiramente moídas
90g de açúcar
1 colher de chá de canela em pó
1/2 colher de chá de gengibre em pó
100g de manteiga semi-salgada
Batedor de bolo :
125g de açúcar de cana integral
90g de açúcar em pó
2 ovos
250g de nata gorda completa
95g de óleo de colza
260g de farinha
1/4 colher de chá de sal
1/4 colher de chá de fermento em pó
1 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio
170g de nozes de macadâmia
Preparar as papas de aveia e as especiarias raladas. Coloque a farinha, aveia, açúcar e especiarias numa tigela ou na tigela do seu processador de alimentos.
Acrescentar a manteiga cortada em pedaços.
Mexer com a ponta da folha ou dos dedos para incorporar bem.
Deve-se ter uma pasta homogénea. Ponha de lado.
Para a massa, na mesma tigela (limpa rapidamente), verter os açúcares, ovos, natas e óleo.
Misturar com um creme suave.
Misturar a farinha, sal, fermento em pó e bicarbonato de sódio.
Verter a mistura para a massa.
Misturar bem para obter uma pasta macia.
Verter metade da mistura para a assadeira forrada com papel vegetal.
Colocar metade da massa desfeita em pedaços.
Verter o resto da massa por cima, seguido das nozes de macadâmia e do resto da massa em pedaços.
Cozer a 170°C durante 45 minutos.
Deixar arrefecer antes de cortar em fatias para um lanche reconfortante!
