Si aún no conoce el Teurgoule, ¡es hora de probarlo! Es muy fácil y rápido de preparar. Bueno, sigue tardando unas 5 horas en cocinarse, pero sólo hay que meterlo en el horno y ni siquiera hay que vigilarlo realmente. Y el resultado es delicioso. Ya os di mi receta de arroz con leche que me encanta AQUÍ, cocido en sartén, muy suave, como el arroz con leche que compramos, pero aquí el teurgoule es más cremoso, el arroz más cocido con una deliciosa capa de leche entera y canela. Incluso te daré la dirección de Internet donde conseguí el famoso plato de teurgoule.
En cuanto al famoso plato Teurgoule, recomiendo dos sitios para comprarlo. No recuerdo en cuál lo compré, pero estoy encantada.
