A menudo me piden recetas sencillas, ¡pero me cuesta encontrar algo más simple! Pero a pesar de esta simplicidad, esta receta sigue siendo muy popular entre los invitados. El resultado es sorprendente, ¡realmente fresco y sabroso! No arriesgará nada al probarlo.
En esta receta uso espárragos enlatados y mayonesa industrial… Esto no es muy común en mi sitio, ¡incluso es inexistente! Para la mayonesa, si haces esta receta con mayonesa casera, no funcionará más y el conjunto se volverá… Para los espárragos blancos de lata, ya están cocidos y como van a pasar un cuarto de hora en la batidora, no veo el sentido de los espárragos frescos… El sabor que me dirá… Pero no, ¡ni siquiera eso! A los invitados les encanta esta receta y no se imaginan lo fácil que es hacerla. ¡Perfecto para el verano y/o un buffet!
Receta de terrina de espárragos blancos:
-5 huevos duros
¡-220g de espárragos blancos escurridos en lata!
1 sobre de jalea de Madeira diluido en 175 ml de agua
-¡235g de mayonesa preparada…!
La preparación de los huevos duros (es decir, cocidos durante 10 minutos en agua hirviendo), la única dificultad importante de la receta, ¡es decir…!
Prepare la gelatina vertiendo un sobre en sólo 170 ml de agua. (No siga los consejos del paquete, ¡queremos una concentración más alta para esta receta!)
Mezclar bien, llevar a ebullición y apagar el fuego.
En una licuadora, ponga los huevos duros, la mayonesa…
Espárragos en lata, escurridos.
Y vierte la gelatina caliente sobre todo el conjunto.
Dejar la batidora en marcha durante 2 minutos para que se mezcle todo bien.
Verter en una terrina, o en un molde para bavarois o baba.
Dejar en la nevera al menos 4 horas o toda la noche para el día siguiente.
Sumergir el molde en agua caliente durante unos segundos y volcarlo en una fuente de servir.
La terrina se come mejor tal cual, sobre todo sin salsa.
