Domingo 12 de junio a las 14:00 horas: ¡Cocina tailandesa 1! Una tarde en la cocina para descubrir los ingredientes clave de la cocina tailandesa. Juntos haremos la pasta de curry verde con ingredientes frescos. A continuación, cada uno preparará un curry verde con pollo tailandés y berenjena, un irresistible pollo con anacardos y verá la elaboración del Tom Kah Gai, la famosa sopa de leche de coco. ¡Inscripciones AQUÍ!
Sábado 25 de junio a las 14:00 horas: Cocina tailandesa 2 ¡Aquí está la segunda clase de cocina tailandesa con un menú muy tentador! En esta ocasión, veremos los platos de fideos de este fabuloso país. Cada alumno hará dos platos (pad thai y pad see ew) y se irá con ellos y veremos juntos tres recetas en clase magistral: la salsa si-io dam wan, pero también el kao tang nah tang (pasteles de arroz frito con salsa satay) y el famoso postre: ¡el arroz pegajoso de mango! ¡Inscripciones AQUÍ!
Domingo 26 de junio a las 14:00 horas: ¡cocina brasileña! Durante este curso de 3,5 horas, haremos y degustaremos pan de queso brasileño in situ. Luego haremos el plato típico bahiano, moqueca con camarones y leche de coco. También veremos cómo hacer deliciosas empadas, pequeñas tartas ricas en mantequilla y con pollo cremoso. Una auténtica delicia. Terminaremos con una rápida demostración de tapiocas, esas pequeñas tortitas mágicas hechas con almidón de mandioca. ¡Inscripciones AQUÍ!
Sábado 1 y domingo 2 de octubre: ¡Taller de la locura del chocolate! Este curso de dos días es único en Francia. Efectivamente, veremos la producción de la judía a la tableta. El chocolate negro, el de leche y el blanco se elaborarán en directo y juntos. Haremos Nutella casera, pralinés, pero también aprenderemos más sobre la manteca de cacao y su templado. Comenzaremos este curso el sábado por la mañana con un chocolate caliente y aprenderemos todos los secretos del chocolate: tostado, triturado, aventado y conchado… ¡Mi libro «Je fais mon chocolat maison» (Hago mi propio chocolate) publicado por Solar y prologado por Christophe Michalak, también se le ofrecerá durante este taller! ¡Inscripciones AQUÍ!

El taller está situado en Les Lilas, a 4 minutos a pie de la estación de metro «Mairie des Lilas» de la línea 11 (15 minutos puerta a puerta desde République).
Para esta nueva aventura, los socios me siguieron y me permitieron hacer realidad mi sueño. KitchenAid fue la primera en proporcionarme todo el equipo necesario. Trabajaremos con gas, campana, horno de vapor, horno Twelix, microondas, procesadores de alimentos, utensilios, ollas y sartenes de la marca.
A partir de septiembre, el lugar es incluso una sala de exposición permanente de KitchenAid en Francia.
Si eres bloguero y sueñas con enseñar a tus lectores, alquilo el taller a una tarifa especial para blogs.
