Por el momento, puede que te des cuenta, pero estoy publicando menos. Estoy escribiendo mi próximo libro, que será publicado en noviembre por Flammarion, y que tengo en mente desde hace seis años. Espero poder contarles más a su debido tiempo. Por una vez, no estoy siendo demasiado tradicional, ya que os traigo un poke bowl más moderno que el poke original hawaiano, que es casi todo pescado, arroz y salsa muy rica. Aquí, muchas cosas buenas: aguacate, cilantro, semillas de sésamo, edamame y mango, todo sobre un arroz aderezado con vinagre o con aceite de sésamo tostado. Prefiero esta última versión. Un pequeño guiño a mi amiga Gaëlle, con la que he hecho este plato muchas veces. Este plato es delicioso y se prepara en menos de 20 minutos.
