Sushi crujiente de arroz meloso, salmón, atún picante y cangrejo
Me estoy alejando un poco de las tradiciones en este momento, aunque volveré a ellas. Pero de vez en cuando, cuando es bueno, ¡no veo el problema! Esta receta la había visto en un restaurante fusión en Estados Unidos hace unos años, así que quise volver a hacerla aquí con mi propia salsa. Esta receta no es para nada inamovible, puedes optar por hacer solo la parte de atún, o la parte de cangrejo y reemplazar la tortita de arroz pegajoso frito por un arroz más clásico, simple o con vinagre. En cualquier caso, os prometo que es fresco, crujiente, suave, ligeramente picante, pero sobre todo ¡irresistible!
