Pon el aceite elegido, los 200 g de huevo (unos 4 huevos medianos), el perejil lavado y picado y el ajo pelado en una batidora y tritura hasta obtener una especie de crema homogénea.
Viértelo en un cuenco y añade la leche, la sal y el azúcar.
Mezcla y añade la harina, la levadura y la avellana en polvo.
A continuación, añade los quesos: el Emmental o Comté rallado y el Morbier cortado en trozos (¡con la corteza!).
Mezcla bien y vierte en el molde forrado con papel de horno. Rocía un poco de aceite sobre el borde interior para que sea más fácil desmoldarlo.
Hornear durante 50 minutos a 175°C a fuego estático (no con ventilador).
Desmolda y deja enfriar sobre una rejilla.
Disfrútalo como aperitivo o como entrante con una ensalada. La tarta Morbier sabe mejor tibia o templada, ¡así que sólo tienes que calentarla!
