Soy un fan incondicional del maki. Lo había propuesto en mi libro "Je n'en ferai qu'une bouchée" publicado por Flammarion en 2016. Hoy os voy a dar una receta muy buena para el blog. ¡El arroz avinagrado es delicioso y muy pronto tendré más recetas con él! Estos makis no son muy tradicionales, pero eso no impide que los encuentre bastante a mi gusto. Y, sobre todo, poder hacerlos fácilmente en casa en lugar de pagar un alto precio por los makis que suelen ser muy pesados en arroz.
