En un pequeño restaurante japonés que me gusta mucho, el Sake Lover (83 rue de Turbigo en París) que adoro, la comida es tradicional y solo encontrarás platos excelentes. Me inspiré en sus frijoles que nunca dejo de devorar cuando están en el menú. Todo está listo en 20 minutos. La salsa está hecha de sésamo, por supuesto, tahini (pasta de sésamo) y aceite de sésamo tostado. Pero también un poco de salsa de soja y mirin, un sake muy suave para cocinar que puedes encontrar fácilmente en tiendas de comestibles japonesas, exóticas o asiáticas, pero también en Internet.
