El pasado mes de noviembre fui a Périgueux, como cada dos años, a la feria de libros de cocina. He estado yendo constantemente desde mi primer libro en 2014. Esta vez probé una tarta de nueces muy parecida a la que hoy os presento, aunque esta la he confeccionado yo, con mi interpretación. El resultado es excelente. La nuez es omnipresente. Primero en el hojaldre con chocolate y luego en el relleno con un poco de vino de nueces, que le da una cremosidad y frescura inesperadas. Desde el primer intento, fue el que me gustó (¡aunque hice varios para estar segura!). Se puede conservar durante varios días, o incluso más de una semana.
