Fondant de chocolate, café, nueces y naranja confitada
Es un pastel muy fondant, con frutos secos, café, chocolate y naranja confitada. Todo el conjunto va de maravilla. También añado un cremoso ganache de chocolate negro. El aspecto retro me recuerda a los pasteles de los libros de cocina con los que crecí, pero de vez en cuando me gustan las decoraciones sencillas, en las que sólo importa el sabor. ¡Este pastel también es naturalmente sin gluten!
