Estoy encantado de haber sido contactado para hacer una receta en colaboración con el contador irlandés. Ya porque tuve la oportunidad de ir a Irlanda para un viaje culinario (AQUÍ) y además tengo una pequeña familia que vive en Dublín. Me pidieron que hiciera una receta con cordero irlandés, que ya había descubierto en el acto y es verdad que tiene mucha fama. Te ofrezco este solomillo de cordero cocinado suavemente al vacío, con una solución alternativa si no tienes esta posibilidad de cocción. El resultado es muy sabroso con una salsa de sabor intenso, y acompaño esta carne con verduras al horno y patatas salteadas.
