Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde la última vez que publiqué una receta de panecillos. Así que es hora de ponerse al día. Esta vez os ofrezco mi receta de brioche trenzado, que es de lo más suave, perfecto para el desayuno o la merienda. También es muy fácil de hacer, sólo hay que hacerla el día anterior para tener una masa que repose en la nevera durante la noche.
