He dudado durante mucho tiempo en publicar esta receta porque imagino que estáis esperando la receta de la nutella, pero no es el caso. Se trata simplemente de una pasta casera de avellanas con cacao que se puede untar en el pan o en el brioche. Hay que hacer un praliné de avellanas. Sin embargo, estará limitado por su licuadora. Debe saber que para hacer pastas de praliné muy suaves, los fabricantes tienen rodillos que dan una suavidad imposible de obtener en casa.
Pero también puedes hacer esta pasta de avellanas con cacao en casa: ¡sólo tendrá un poco más de crujiente!
Receta:
-425g de praliné de avellanas casero (receta AQUÍ) -15g de leche entera en polvo -45g de cacao en polvo sin azúcar -40g de aceite (para ablandar y abrillantar) -15g de miel -una buena pizca de sal -1/2 cucharadita de vainilla líquida
Primero, haz un praliné sólo de avellanas con 225g de avellanas y 225g de azúcar (con las pérdidas en el procesador y lo que te comerás, ¡te quedarán 425g!) ¡Para la receta está AQUÍ!
Mezclar el praliné de avellana durante mucho tiempo para que quede lo más suave posible. Añade el cacao en polvo (en la foto está en un bol, pero hazlo todo en una batidora).
Mezclar rápidamente y luego añadir la leche entera en polvo, la vainilla líquida y la sal.
Mezclar hasta que esté bien incorporado y luego añadir la miel.
Continúe vertiendo el aceite: Tome un aceite neutro como el de colza. Esto dará un brillo y una fluidez que se habrá visto comprometida por el cacao en polvo. ¡Ya está hecho!
