Cuidado, esta receta puede tener efectos secundarios y ser un verdadero peligro para su salud mental o causar picazón nerviosa. Cualquiera que probablemente esté en la dieta no debería intentarlo bajo ninguna circunstancia. Los padres con hijos no deben experimentar con ella, ya que puede provocar adicción y una demanda constante de renovación irracional. La duración del tratamiento con las galletas millonarias no debe exceder de dos días consecutivos. Se han observado reacciones adversas y se ha visto a varias personas lamiendo el papel de horno y metiendo la cabeza en el molde de caramelo.

Receta de shortbreads millonarios para un molde cuadrado de 21X21:
Poner la mantequilla blanda salada y el azúcar en un bol.
Mezclar bien para obtener una especie de crema (con la hoja, la «K» si tienes un robot de cocina).
Añadir la harina.
Mezclar bien y hacer una bola con la masa sin trabajarla demasiado.
Colocar la bola en un molde de 21X21cm forrado con papel de horno.
Extender uniformemente con la mano y luego con el dorso de una cuchara.
Mételo en el horno durante 25 minutos. Para los panes cortos normales, dejo la masa bastante blanca, pero aquí prefiero colorearla ligeramente. Por lo tanto, debe estar dorado por encima.
Preparar el caramelo poniendo en una sartén el azúcar de caña ligero (un azúcar muy suave o vergeoise ligero), la sal y la mantequilla.
Añade la miel.
Poner a fuego lento y llevar a a ebullición. Hervir durante 3-4 minutos.
Añadir la lata de leche condensada.
Remover bien y dejar durante 8-10 minutos desde la ebullición a fuego lento sin dejar de remover.
Verter el caramelo sobre la masa horneada.
Dejar enfriar completamente y luego enfriar durante dos horas antes de añadir el chocolate.
Derretir el chocolate al baño María o en el microondas.
Para esta receta, he preferido atemperarla con el método de la manteca de cacao mycryo para evitar las marcas blancas en la parte superior. El método completo se explica AQUÍ. Verter el chocolate templado sobre el caramelo.
Extienda el chocolate de manera uniforme, ya sea con una espátula para conseguir pequeñas ondas en la parte superior o removiendo la sartén para obtener una superficie lisa (lo que hice aquí).
Cuando el chocolate empiece a cuajar pero aún no esté duro (diez minutos después de verterlo), córtelo con una cuchilla afilada en 16 trozos.
