¡Aquí hay un nuevo «dim sum»! ¡Esta receta es muy original para acompañar un plato chino picante! Es una especie de bollo salado, cocido al vapor y adornado con cebollas tiernas. El resultado es visualmente atractivo. La receta es muy sencilla y aprenderás un nuevo plegado tradicional bastante divertido de hacer. Es cierto que si se comen tal cual, parecerán un poco insípidos, pero son perfectos como sustituto del arroz en un plato con salsa.
Receta de «pan al vapor»:
-300g de harina -2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear -2 cucharaditas de levadura de panadería seca -3 cucharaditas de azúcar -160ml de agua tibia -3-4 cebollines chinos -aceite -sel
Comience por preparar la cebolla china.
Simplemente córtelo en rodajas muy finas y guárdelo en la nevera mientras prepara el resto de la receta.
Poner la harina en la superficie de trabajo. Hacer un hueco con los dedos y añadir la levadura en polvo.
Mezclar bien.
Hacer un nuevo hueco y añadir la levadura seca y el azúcar.
Añadir agua caliente para disolver el azúcar y la levadura.
Dibuja un círculo alrededor del pozo con el dedo.
Empezar a mezclar con los dedos en el centro y luego mezclar todo, añadiendo agua tibia poco a poco. Basta con raspar la superficie de trabajo y trabajar la masa a mano. Todos estos pasos se pueden hacer con un procesador de alimentos.
Trabajar la masa durante 5-10 minutos amasándola y dándole vueltas.
Cortar la bola de masa por la mitad.
Enharine la superficie de trabajo y extienda una bola de masa hasta formar un rectángulo bastante fino.
Untar con aceite toda la superficie.
Salar toda la superficie con unas pizcas de sal.
Espolvorear con cebolleta picada.
