Aquí tienes una receta de gazpacho, esa maravillosa sopa fría de verduras. Hay principalmente tomates. Propongo una versión sencilla, hecha sólo con verduras (excepto el vinagre y el aceite de oliva). Hay que hacerla con un poco de antelación para poder dejar que se enfríe lo suficiente en la nevera. ¡Delicioso en esos días calurosos de verano!
Hay muchas recetas de gazpacho. Hay algunos con pan rallado. Lo he probado y prefiero la versión que sólo contiene verduras. Sin embargo, esta receta se puede encontrar en España, ya que hay variaciones, al igual que las tortitas de aquí. Esta receta no es fija y te invito a que la adaptes a tu gusto.
Receta de gazpacho de tomate:
-1kg de tomates maduros -1 pepino -2 pimientos rojos -2 dientes de ajo -1/2 cebolla blanca -5cl de vinagre de jerez -10 cl de aceite de oliva -sal, pimienta
-1 cucharada de pasta de tomate doble (¡opcional para que tenga más sabor a tomate!)
Aquí están todos los ingredientes de la receta que propongo:
Empieza por pelar los pimientos rojos. Con un buen ecónomo, esto no es ningún problema.
Retire la parte blanca del interior y deshágase de las semillas.
Pelar el pepino.
Cortar por la mitad a lo largo y retirar la parte central con una cuchara.
Pelar la cebolla y cortarla por la mitad. Yo sólo uso media cebolla, porque si no el gazpacho es demasiado fuerte.
Sumergir los tomates en agua hirviendo durante 20 segundos, teniendo cuidado de cortarlos por arriba.
Quitar la piel.
También quita la parte donde estaba la rama. A continuación, retire las semillas exprimiendo los tomates.
Pelar los ajos.
Poner todas las verduras en una batidora.
Añade el vinagre, la sal y la pimienta.
Luego el aceite de oliva.
Encienda la batidora durante al menos un minuto para reducir a una sopa fina.
Puedes añadir una cucharada de pasta de tomate doble en este punto (¡lo que yo hice!). Esto realzará el sabor del tomate. Pero esto no es necesariamente muy tradicional, ¡pero sigue siendo muy bueno!
