En pleno verano, es posible que salgas a pasear con tu familia. ¡Te sugiero estas barritas de cereales para darte energía! Son muy fáciles de hacer y están deliciosos. Algunos frutos secos y mucha avena, le pongo jarabe de glucosa para evitar la cristalización. De este modo, podrá conservarlos durante mucho tiempo. No tengas miedo de poner lo que quieras y variar la cantidad de semillas.
Receta para un marco cuadrado de 20 cm:
260g de copos de avena «grandes» en tiendas ecológicas
20 g de semillas de sésamo
20g de semillas de calabaza
60g de pasas sultanas
10g de coco rallado seco
20g de almendras
20 g de nueces
50 g de aceite de colza
140g de jarabe de glucosa
30 g de sirope de oro (o miel)
5g de vainilla líquida
Vierta la avena, las semillas de sésamo y las semillas de calabaza en un recipiente.
Añadir las pasas, el coco, las almendras picadas y los trozos de nuez.
En una cacerola pequeña, vierta el aceite, el jarabe de oro, la vainilla líquida y el jarabe de glucosa.
Llevar a fuego lento.
Verter en el recipiente y mezclar bien.
Todo debe estar perfectamente impregnado.
Verter en el marco, que se coloca en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de hornear. Aquí tengo un marco de 20 cm en un lado. Si utiliza un marco más grande, un círculo o un molde de otro tamaño, tendrá que calcular las proporciones del área.
Nivele la superficie con una cuchara para que quede lo más uniforme posible.
Secar en el horno a 60°C durante 40 minutos. Déle la vuelta con cuidado al marco (tenga cuidado de que la barra no esté aún muy firme) y séquelo por el otro lado durante otros 40 minutos.
Dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente y decantar.
Ahora puedes cortar la barra.
Envuelve cada barra de cereal en film transparente. Puedes guardarlos durante meses.
