J’emploie dans cette recette, des asperges en boite et de la mayonnaise industrielle… Chose peu courante sur mon site, voir inexistante!! Pour la mayonnaise, si l’on fait cette recette avec de la mayonnaise maison, cela ne fonctionne plus et le tout va tourner… Pour les asperges blanches en boite, elles sont déjà cuites et vu qu’elles vont passer un sale quart d’heure dans le blender, je ne vois pas l’intérêt des fraiches… Le goût vous me direz… Mais non même pas! Les invités adorent cette recette et ne s’imaginent pas un seul instant à quel point elle est facile à réaliser! Parfaite pour l’été et/ou un buffet!!
Préparer les œufs durs (donc cuits 10 minutes à l’eau bouillante), seule grande difficulté de la recette, c’est dire…!
Préparer la gelée en versant donc un sachet dans seulement 170ml d’eau. (Ne pas suivre les conseils du paquet, on veut une concentration plus importante pour cette recette!!).
Bien mélanger, amener à ébullition et arrêter le feu.
Dans un blender, mettre les oeufs durs, la mayonnaise…
Les asperges en boite, égouttées.
Et verser la gelée tiède sur le tout.
Laisser tourner le blender 2 minutes pour bien mixer le tout.Verser dans une terrine, ou bien un moule à bavarois ou un moule à baba.
Laisser au réfrigérateur au moins 4 heures ou bien la nuit entière pour le lendemain.Tremper le moule dans de l’eau chaude quelques secondes puis démouler sur un plat de service. La terrine se déguste telle quelle, surtout sans sauce!
