Depuis longtemps je suis un fan de porridge. Pas celui à l’eau, mais celui très riche au lait et avec un peu de beurre dedans. J’en faisais très souvent quand j’étais plus jeune et tout d’un coup, j’en ai eu une énorme envie ! J’ai rapporté de belles framboises lors d’un voyage, surtout pour la photo, mais vous pouvez vous en passer (ce n’est pas la saison chez nous) en ne mettant qu’une pincée de cannelle et un peu plus de beurre. Une recette simplissime pour un petit déjeuner plein d’énergie !
Mettez les flocons d’avoine et le miel dans une casserole.
Versez le lait et mélangez sur feu doux.
Ajoutez le beurre demi-sel.
Mettez une bonne pincée de cannelle.
Portez à ébullition en mélangeant constamment sur feu doux.
La texture doit être onctueuse. Du moins, c’est comme ça que je l’aime !
Servez immédiatement. Je sais qu’on frise l’indécence, mais je rajoute en plus un petit morceau de beurre salé que j’enfonce dans le porridge. Il fond très vite je n’y résiste pas !! Ou alors vous êtes plus raisonnables que moi, et vous y mettez des fruits frais…
