Il me restait de la crème de marrons avec ma recette de cake ultra châtaignes (recette ICI) et j’avais envie de faire une dernier essai pour obtenir des petits gâteaux très fondants et riches, qui se dégusteraient bien frais. C’est chose faite avec cette nouvelle recette. Il n’y a pas de farine de blé, mais qu’un tout petit peu de farine de châtaignes ce qui fait d’elle une recette sans gluten. Promis, c’est la dernière aux châtaignes avant l’hiver prochain !
Mélangez les œufs et la crème de marrons comme une omelette.
Ajoutez le beurre fondu.
Versez le sel, la levure et la farine de châtaignes.
Un peu de sucre et la pâte est déjà prête !
Versez la pâte dans des petits moules. Pour ce genre de recette, les moules en silicone sont parfaits ! L’essentiel est de ne pas aller au delà des 3/4 de la hauteur du moule choisi.Si la pâte a l’air grumeleuse à ce stade, tout rentre dans l’ordre à la cuisson…
Enfournez à 170°C et laissez cuire une bonne vingtaine de minutes. Plus le moule choisi sera gros, plus la cuisson sera longue. J’ai préféré faire cette fois cuire mes gâteaux dans des moules à mini-cakes.
Démoulez, laissez refroidir puis mettez au frais avant de les servir. À déguster rapidement.
