Avec le temps froid qui s’installe, j’ai constamment envie d’avoir des petites choses délicieuses qui cuisent au four et qui dégagent une odeur rassurante dans la maison. Ces petites gâteaux sont à mi-chemin entre les cookies, les scones (américains) et les flapkacks. Pas de farine, pas d’œuf, juste des flocons d’avoine, des pépites de chocolat blanc et des canneberges séchées: on ne culpabiliserait presque pas !! Et avec un peu de beurre et de crème (on est quand même sur mon blog après tout !! ), on obtient des gâteaux qui se tiennent. Je les ai mis au point un peu au hasard, mais du coup je publie la recette car je sais qu’elle va intéresser beaucoup d’entre vous !
Mélangez la poudre d’amande, le sucre blond, la levure chimique et les flocons d’avoine. J’ai pris la marque Quaker Oats. Je tiens à le préciser car si on prend de gros flocons d’avoine, leur capacité d’absorption sera différente et les proportions ne seront plus les mêmes.
Ajoutez le beurre demi-sel mou et mélangez de nouveau. J’utilise le « K » de mon kitchenaid.
Ajoutez la crème liquide entière et la vanille liquide.
Mélangez jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien incorporée. Plus vous mélangerez, plus la pâte devient homogène: les flocons d’avoine s’hydratent. N’hésitez pas à mélanger 2-3 minutes.
Ajoutez les canneberges séchées et les pépites de chocolat blanc.
Mélangez de nouveau pendant une minute.
Divisez la pâte en 9 ou 10 boules bien rondes.
Puis aplatissez-les avec la paume de votre main.
Enfournez et laissez cuire 35 minutes dans un four préchauffé à 170°C.
