Galettes Sucrées aux Graines (sans gluten, sans œufs et sans beurre, mais délicieuses !)
Voici une recette pour mes amis et lecteurs qui me demandent régulièrement de poster des douceurs sans gluten, sans œufs ou sans beurre… C’est un sacré challenge pour moi, car j’aime tout et je mange tout. Mais je voulais relever le défi de faire des sablés sans gluten et leur trouver une cohésion et un vrai croustillant. Je vous présente donc ma recette que j’ai mise au point après plusieurs essais et ces galettes sont sans gluten (farine de riz complet) sans œufs (comme des shortbreads finalement !) et sans beurre. J’ai fait les trois « sans » en une recette. Et le résultat ? Délicieux ! Ces biscuits sont bien craquants et croustillants, mais aussi très savoureux avec leurs graines et une touche de vanille. Même sans régime particulier, je sais déjà que je vais en refaire de temps en temps…
Mélangez la farine de riz complet, le sucre complet de canne et le sucre glace.
Ajoutez la vanille liquide (cachée sour la margarine) et la margarine.
Mélangez puis ajoutez l’eau pour obtenir une boule de pâte.
Mélangez les graines. Vous pouvez bien sûr varier et mettre celles que vous préférez !
Versez-les et mélangez bien pour les incorporer dans la pâte.
Étalez votre pâte sur 5-7mm d’épaisseur puis coupez les formes choisies à l’emporte-pièce. Posez les galettes sur une plaque à pâtisserie garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Faites cuire à 170°C pendant 20 à 25 minutes. Les galettes doivent commencer à bien dorer.
Laissez-les refroidir sur une grille à pâtisserie puis conservez-les dans une boite hermétique.
