Vous êtes nombreux à me demander des recettes sans gluten, donc sans farine principalement. Avec l’automne qui s’est installé, j’avais envie d’un gâteau très simple, brut et sans artifice, au miel et aux noisettes et je vous propose donc cette recette qui ne contient aucune farine. Il y en a déjà plusieurs sur le blog, du coup je pense même à vous faire un onglet de recettes sans gluten.
Faites fondre le beurre demi-sel puis mélangez-le avec le sucre complet de canne, le miel et la vanille.
Ajoutez les œufs pesés (environ 3 œufs moyens).
Mélangez bien et ajoutez la poudre de noisette. Vous pouvez mettre moitié amande et moitié noisettes, car les noisettes peuvent être écœurantes quand elles sont seules.

Beurrez un moule dans le fond duquel vous mettrez un papier sulfurisé. Versez la pâte et mettez dans un four préchauffé à 155°C pendant 45 minutes environ. Je l’ai fait dans un moule de 15cm. Si vous le faites dans un moule de 20cm, multipliez tous les ingrédients par 1,77.
Le gâteau doit être cuit et légèrement doré en surface.
Démoulez et faites refroidir sur une grille avant d’en déguster de petites parts.
