Entre le gâteau et la mousse, ce dessert totalement décadent ne nécessite ni cuisson, ni farine. Cela se rapproche donc plus d’une mousse très riche. Une texture qui fond instantanément en bouche. Il est indispensable de réaliser cette recette en version « bouchée »! Ou alors en terrine que l’on coupera en fine tranche. Un plaisir coupable, mais tellement bon!
Fondre le beurre avec le chocolat et le lait au bain-marie ou au micro-ondes.
Dans un autre bol, mélanger le sucre glace et les jaunes (deux sur la photo car j’ai réalisé la recette en moindre proportion).
Les fouetter pour blanchir autant que possible.
Ajouter le mélange jaunes-sucre glace au chocolat-beurre.
Fouetter les blancs en neige.
Ajouter délicatement les blancs au chocolat.
Verser l’appareil dans des moules ou une terrine. J’utilise pour cette recette des moules en silicone, pour pouvoir ensuite démouler. Mettre le moule au frais puis, quand la texture est ferme, mettre au congélateur (pour pouvoir démouler, il va falloir congeler!) une heure ou deux.
Une heure avant de servir, tremper quelques secondes le moule dans de l’eau chaude.
Démouler délicatement.
Puis saupoudrer de sucre glace.
Déguster bien frais. Les décadences fondent tout de suite en bouche!
