Le crumble est vraiment simple à réaliser! Il en existe une variété infinie. Je vous donne ici juste un exemple et on peut tout imaginer. J’ai cette recette depuis mes 14 ans et j’en ai testé bien d’autres depuis mais celle-ci a vraiment mes faveurs! Une pâte vraiment croustillante, simple avec un goût très agréable de cassonade qui contraste parfaitement avec la douceur des fruits et l’onctuosité du chocolat.
Mettre la farine et la cassonade dans un grand bol.
Ajouter le beurre.
Malaxer le tout jusqu’à parfaite incorporation du beurre. Peu importe si cela prend du temps. On peut ensuite rassembler la pâte en boule et casser cette boule en plus petits morceaux, si particuliers aux crumbles.
Eplucher les pommes, les poires (pas les scoubidous!) ou tout autre fruit choisi pour la recette.
Mettre les 20g de beurre dans une grande poêle et mettre les pommes et les poires. Saupoudrer de cassonade. Laisser sur feu doux jusqu’à cuisson complète des fruits.Conseil de Bernard: Je commence au départ à couvert (avec un couvercle donc) et ensuite je poursuis sans celui-ci pour que le jus s’évapore un peu. De cette façon le crumble ne sera pas liquide!Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
Une fois que les fruits sont cuits, les verser dans un plat à gratin. Parsemer de morceaux de chocolat. On peut mettre ce que l’on veut, mais mieux vaut ne pas trop en ajouter car le crumble risque d’être un peu écoeurant…
Emietter la pâte à crumble sur les fruits et courvir la totalité. On est pas du tout obligé de mettre toute la pâte comme on peut tout à fait en mettre davantage!
Cuire à 180°C pendant 25-30 minutes en surveillant sur la fin pour ajuster la cuisson à son propre four! Le crumble doit être bien doré sur toute sa surface et les fruits commencer à caraméliser sans pour autant brûler!!
On peut le servir chaud, froid, avec de la glace ou de la crème fraiche épaisse!
