Une recette prête à passer au four en quelques minutes, parfaite pour calmer une cookite aiguë ! Cette fois je vous propose une version aux pistaches et pépites de chocolat blanc pour un moment bien régressif. Avec une pointe de sel et de la pistache entière et en poudre, je les trouve irrésistibles…
Mettez le beurre, le sucre et la poudre de pistache dans un bol.
Mélangez bien pour avoir une sorte de crème. Ajoutez l’œuf et la vanille.
Mélangez puis ajoutez la farine.
Un petit mélange et terminez avec les pistaches grillées non salées (sinon vous passez des pistaches crues 16 minutes à 165°C sur chaleur tournante) et les pépites de chocolat blanc.
Un mélange et c’est fini ! Je confirme que je ne mets pas de levure ni agent levant.
Faites des boules légèrement aplaties de 75g. Je les ai fait cuire sur un tapis siliconé de cuisson, mais un simple papier sulfurisé de bonne qualité fera l’affaire.
Faites cuire 12 minutes à 165°C dans un four préchauffé en chaleur tournante.
Laissez tiédir avant de décoller. À déguster tiède ou à température ambiante !
