Cookies marbrés à la pâte à tartiner aux noisettes
Avec le froid ambiant, j’ai envie de réconfort culinaire ! Des cookies encore oui, mais avec des marbrures de pâte à tartiner. Vous pourrez bien sûr prendre du Nutella si vous le souhaitez, mais j’ai pris pour ma recette, une pâte similaire, mais sans huile de palme. Le résultat est délicieux et totalement décadent…
Placez le beurre, le sucre, la vergeoise brune dans la cuve du robot ou dans un récipient.
Mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une crème puis ajoutez l’œuf entier, un jaune et la vanille liquide.
Mélangez de nouveau puis versez la farine et la levure.
Pétrissez pour avoir une pâte homogène puis ajoutez les pépites (ou des chunks comme ici) de chocolat au lait.

Voici la pâte à tartiner sans huile de palme que j’ai achetée. Je l’ai trouvée chez Casino, on en trouve sans doute d’autres marques qui sont sans doute encore meilleures.
Versez dans la pâte.
Mélangez succinctement avec un couteau pour ne pas incorporer la pâte à tartiner dans la pâte à cookies. Sinon vous risquez d’avoir une pâte mélangée.
Faites de cookies à l’aide d’une cuillère à boule de glace. Je remplis à ras puis j’en mets 9 par plaque.
