Tout d'abord, pour mesurer 250mi d'œuf, il vous suffit d'en casser cinq dans un verre doseur : si il y en a trop, battez- les à la fourchette et enlevez l'excédent.Si au contraire il en manque, cassez un œuf dans un bol, battez-le ‘et ajoutez en jusqu'à 250mi dans le verre doseur.Voilà ! Passons maintenant à la recette.
Préchauffez votre four à 200°C
Mettez l'eau, le lait, le beurre, le sel et le sucre dans une casserole sur feu modéré et portez à ébullition
Hors du feu, ajoutez la farine en une fois et mélangez alors vivement pour éviter les grumeaux.
Remettez la casserole sur feu doux et laissez “sécher” la pâte obtenue tout en mélangeant pendant deux minutes.
Enlevez cette fois la casserole du feu et ajoutez les œufs battus petit à petit en mélangeant toujours pour les incorporer.
Une fois la pâte terminée, mettez-la avec votre spatule FoodizBox dans une poche munie d'une douille de 8 millimètres, puis formez des petits tas de pâte sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Vous pouvez en placer de 30 à 35 par plaque. Parsemez le dessus des chouquettes avec vos Pépies Pur Sucre d'Érable et mettez au four pour 14-15 minutes.
Dégustez les chouquettes encore toutes chaudes avant que les enfants ne les dévorent toutes!
