Attention ces petites parts de gâteaux sont totalement diaboliques. Cette délicieuse pâte à cookie est cuite avec un fourrage au cream cheese. C’est comme avoir une couche de cheesecake rafraichissante au milieu d’un déluge de pépites de chocolat noir et blanc. Je vous préviens tout de suite que c’est un véritable scandale, car pas vraiment recommandé juste avant l’été et les maillots de bain. Peut-être suis-je au fond un peu cruel !
Mettez dans un récipient le beurre demi-sel fondu, la vergeoise blonde et la vanille liquide.
Mélangez puis ajoutez l’œuf.
Un coup de mélange puis ajoutez la farine.
Toujours un mélange puis versez les chocolats (ici blanc et noir).
Pour la crème au cream cheese. Versez le cream cheese dans un récipient avec le sucre et la vanille. Si vous n’avez pas une gousse de vanille, mettez une cuillerée à café de vanille liquide et un peu de vanille en poudre (facultatif).
Mélangez bien puis ajoutez l’œuf.
Un coup de fouet et c’est fini.
Versez la moitié de la pâte dans le moule chemisé de papier sulfurisé.
Versez la totalité de la crème.
Puis versez le reste de pâte. J’ai essayé de la répartir équitablement sur la surface.
Enfournez pour 30 minutes dans un four préchauffé sur chaleur tournante à 160°C.
Laissez refroidir à température ambiante avant de mettre au frais au moins 3-4 heures, voire une nuit c’est mieux. Je sais que c’est dur, mais c’est pour que la crème soit bien saisie. Coupez en petites parts.
