Au final, ce n’est même pas vraiment une recette ! Mais je suis tellement dingue de camembert frit avec la confiture de myrtilles, que je voulais éprouver le plaisir de le faire pour le blog. J’en commande parfois au restaurant et à chaque fois je me régale. L’important est de prendre un fromage non coulant, et d’avoir une huile très chaude pour permettre de bien dorer la croûte de chapelure. Au final avec la confiture de myrtilles, c’est irrésistible !
Préparez les bols avec la farine, la chapelure et les œufs battus.
Prenez pour cette recette un camembert pas coulant du tout. En cuisant il le deviendra suffisamment.
Coupez-le en demi-quartiers.
Prenez une tranche et plongez-la dans l’œuf.
Puis dans la farine.
Mettez à nouveau dans l’œuf en faisant attention la deuxième fois à bien l’enrober.
Cette fois enlevez bien l’excédent d’œuf puis mettez dans la chapelure.
Secouez bien le bol pour bien enrober. Faites de même pour tous les quartiers.
Mettez une casserole d’huile sur feu soutenu. J’évite la friteuse car le fromage et la chapelure vont abimer le fond. Quand l’huile est à 180°C, mettez les morceaux de fromage.
Faites attention, à un moment le fromage va vouloir sortir et il va crépiter dans l’huile. C’est pour cela qu’il faut que l’huile soit bien chaude pour bien dorer la chapelure assez rapidement.
