Quoi de mieux pour le goûter en été, qu’une délicieuse tranche de cake? Pour les enfants, ce seront de délicieux souvenirs, et vous aussi vous vous régalerez au passage à le faire et à le déguster. Je vous avais fait le quatre quarts ultime (recette ICI) il y a un an environ et j’ai cette fois dévié un peu de la recette de base pour y ajouter de la poudre d’amande et des pépites de chocolat qui ne tombent pas au fond. Hyper simple à faire, le résultat est comme j’adore : des tranches bien nettes et moelleuses. Il faudra juste veiller à le préparer la veille pour avoir ce résultat parfait. Je le fais cuire à four doux plus longtemps et le laisse reposer au frais une nuit avant de me jeter dessus !!
Placez la farine, la levure chimique et la poudre d’amande dans un récipient ou dans la cuve de votre robot.
Mélangez puis ajoutez les 250g d’œuf (en gros 5 œufs).
Mélangez avec la feuille du robot ou à la cuillère. Versez le sucre roux et mélangez de nouveau.
Ajoutez le beurre demi-sel fondu.
Mélangez et versez les pépites de chocolat.
Un dernier mélange en allant cette fois bien au fond de la cuve avec une maryse.
Versez dans un moule à cake chemisé de 23cm.
Faites cuire 50 minutes à 155°C puis 20 minutes à 155°C+vapeur si vous avez cette possibilité. Cela donnera un cake incroyable. Sans la fonction vapeur, ajoutez un petit plat en bas du four avec de l’eau bouillante pour créer un peu de vapeur. Le cake cuit donc au total 1h10.
Laissez-le refroidir complètement puis mettez-le dans du film étirable au frais pendant une nuit avant de le déguster. Comme pour le quatre quarts ultime, sa texture va changer et sera parfaite !
