Pendant les vacances que j’ai prises récemment après la fin d’écriture de mon prochain livre (sortie mars 2020), il y avait au petit déjeuner du bread pudding. J’ai alors réalisé que je n’avais pas encore cette recette sur mon blog de cuisine ! C’est la raison pour laquelle j’ai mis la brioche tressée, pour pouvoir ensuite faire ce bread pudding. Car je le préfère toujours à la brioche, plutôt qu’au pain. C’est assez drôle, car visuellement c’est assez particulier, on dirait que c’est sec. Alors qu’en bouche c’est un véritable délice : ultra moelleux et léger en texture. La brioche absorbe le liquide et devient alors ultra fondante. Attention, car très addictif !!
