Les biscuits aux amandes sont de fins sablés à la vergeoise brune et aux amandes effilées. Parfaitement croustillants, ils sont idéaux pour le thé.. Des biscuits simples à réaliser avec un résultat délicieux.
Mettre le beurre mou la vergeoise brune dans une terrine.
Mélanger pour obtenir une crème.
Ajouter les amandes effilées et la cuillerée à soupe de lait.
Ajouter la farine en une seule fois.
Mélanger sans insister pour obtenir une boule de pâte.
Mettre la pâte dans un format rectangulaire puis mettre dans un film étirable.
Laisser reposer au frais pendant au moins 2 heures ou jusqu’à ce que la pâte soit dure.Préchauffer le four à 180°C. Couper de fines tranches dans la pâte.
Mettre les biscuits sur une plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Cuire 12 minutes à 180°C puis laisser refroidir sur une grille.
Les conserver dans une boite hermétique de type « lock&lock » à l’abri de l’humidité.
