C'est quasiment une fois par éclipse que je mange des m&m's aux cacahuètes. Je n'arrive jamais à résister quand on m'en propose, c'est l'une de mes nombreuses grandes faiblesses. Pourtant je fais en sorte de ne plus manger d'ingrédients avec des colorants... Malgré tout, l'autre jour en faisant mes courses, je suis tombé sur un paquet de mini m&m's et cela m'a donné envie de vous proposer une recette de cookies en contenant, pour mettre un peu de couleurs en ce début d'hiver. Les cookies sont absolument délicieux et bien tendres à cœur !
Mélangez le beurre demi-sel, le sucre blanc, la vergeoise blonde et l’extrait de vanille liquide dans la cuve de votre robot avec la feuille, ou dans un récipient avec une large cuillère.
Quand le tout devient homogène, ajoutez l’œuf et mélangez de nouveau.
Terminez avec la farine, la maïzena, le bicarbonate et le sel.
Mélangez jusqu’à avoir une belle pâte.
Pesez des boulettes de pâte de 50g chacune.
Posez-les dans un bol contenant les mini m&m’s et roulez-les en partie dedans.
Je ne mets pas de m&m’s sous la boulette, juste sur le dessus. Comme les cookies vont s’étaler, je ne mets que 5 par plaque garnie de papier sulfurisé.
Faites cuire 12 minutes dans un four préchauffé sur chaleur tournante à 175°C. À ce stade la pâte parait sous-cuite au centre, et c’est cela que l’on cherche. Les cookies sont également très irréguliers.
Avec un cercle de taille adaptée ou un bol retourné, rectifiez le format des cookies en un cercle.
Laissez refroidir avec de décoller da la plaque. J’ai fait ici un gros cookies avec le reste de pâte !
