Há anos que me vinha a atrasar. Quando passei por um carrinho de waffles Liège, babei-me e achei que não era razoável, por isso afastei-me. Quando finalmente recebi a minha máquina de waffle, devorei o equivalente a todos aqueles anos de privação intensa! Finalmente! São tão deliciosos, ricos e mastigados, com toda aquela caramelização de açúcar à superfície, que quase não me senti culpado. Simplesmente não pude resistir. De todos os waffles, estes são os meus favoritos. Com a manteiga lá dentro, não me surpreende! Fiz os meus waffles com uma ferro de waffle profissional, mas é claro que os pode fazer numa ferro de waffle mais convencional.
