Uma pequena maravilha na boca, essa é realmente a sensação quando se morde um pedaço desta tarte. Uma massa estaladiça, um creme de amêndoa rico e macio, uma ganache de baunilha tenra e fresca e framboesas suculentas. Para esta tarte, dou-vos a minha maravilhosa receita de ganache de baunilha que desenvolvi há 7 anos e que só tinha publicado no meu primeiro livro "mes desserts" (Flammarion 2014).
