Neste momento, estou a tentar comer bem (bem, na sua maioria bom e variado!) apesar do confinamento, e com produtos que posso facilmente encontrar à minha volta. Eu adoro pajeon e bindae-tteok, duas panquecas coreanas. A primeira é feita com farinha e a segunda com feijão amarelo, uma receita que vos dei há algum tempo(ver AQUI). Pensei que também poderia funcionar com as lentilhas de coral. Este é o caso e o resultado é delicioso. Com apenas acelgas e cebolas, o resultado é uma panqueca crocante mas fofa, naturalmente vegana e sem glúten, mas acima de tudo simples de fazer com ingredientes prontamente disponíveis. Pode, claro, usar acelgas, cenouras picadas, brócolos, milho, etc.
