Acabo de regressar de outra curta estadia em Itália. Gosto sempre disso! Comi uma lasanha realmente deliciosa e queria partilhar convosco a minha versão. Demora um pouco de tempo, pois faço-o no dia anterior, com um longo tempo de cozedura para o guisado à bolonhesa. Mas o resultado vale a pena. Fiz tudo do zero, mesmo a massa, o que é muito fácil de fazer com um laminador, mas é claro que se pode colocar lasanha pronta a fazer. O resultado é extremamente saboroso e cremoso, com um pouco de queijo dentro. Eu já tinha proposto o verdadeiro guisado bolonhesa, que aqui modifico um pouco para me ater à ideia de lasanha que tinha em mente!
