Para o Natal, ofereço-vos uma das muitas receitas do meu novo livro, Scandalously Decadent, publicado por Flammarion, Kanelsnurrer. Redizi tudo passo a passo para o blogue, e a imagem que vêem aqui não é a que está no livro. É preciso provar esta receita, apenas pelo cheiro incrivelmente delicioso de cozer estas caneloneiras, estes "redemoinhos de canela". Porque para além da canela no recheio, a pasta contém também cardamomo. Esta é a versão original, escandinava, dos pãezinhos de canela. Apesar da aparente complexidade dos desenhos, a receita é de facto muito simples e rápida de fazer. Só é preciso preparar a massa suficientemente cedo para a deixar descansar. O pequeno truque para fazer as voltas não é complicado e o resultado é espantoso: os kanelsnurrer são suaves e perfumados!
