Eu queria fazer uma verdadeira ode ao trigo sarraceno. Eu tinha provado uma sobremesa semelhante na Bretanha (de onde provém toda a minha família) e achei-a absolutamente deliciosa. Sou fã do trigo sarraceno e ainda não é suficientemente utilizado em pratos doces. Enquanto um bolo de trigo sarraceno com mel e manteiga semi-salgada é uma combinação irresistível! Eis a minha receita de gelado de trigo mourisco, com uma panqueca quente e estaladiça de trigo mourisco com manteiga salgada, servido com mel de trigo mourisco e trigo mourisco torrado. A mistura de texturas e temperaturas é simplesmente espantosa!
