Continuo a minha parceria com Alvalle (duas receitas por mês até Agosto!) e aproveito a oportunidade para criar algumas receitas que espero que gostem… Especialmente com o bom tempo a voltar!
Este ano, por acaso, como sabem, fui à Andaluzia e pude visitar Arcos de la Frontera, que tem uma deliciosa receita de pães curtos doces com azeite e anis (ver receita AQUI). Bastava-me querer adaptar uma versão saborosa desta especialidade para acompanhar o meu Alvalle Cold Soup. Isto resulta em rolos estaladiços com cominhos, anis, sésamo e azeite, cobertos com amêndoas tostadas! É verdadeiramente viciante…para o aperitivo!
Receita de pães de Arcos de la Frontera (para cerca de 20 peças)
-1 tijolo de Alvalle Sweet Pepper & Spice Cold Soup
-300g de farinha
-10g de sal
-1 saqueta de levedura de padeiro seca ou 10g fresca
-5g de açúcar
-15g de anis
-20g de sementes de gergelim tostadas
-20g de sementes de cominho
-100g de azeite
-água morna
-almonds com pele
Colocar todos os ingredientes excepto as amêndoas e a água num processador de alimentos. É claro que pode fazer esta massa à mão!
Misturar tudo e adicionar água quente gradualmente para formar uma massa de pão.
Não leva muito tempo. Amassar durante cerca de 15 minutos.
Formar bolas de 30g cada. Colocá-los sobre um tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.
Aplanar cada bolinho à mão e depois passar um pouco de água por cima de cada um.
Colocar 3 amêndoas em cada pãozinho e deixar subir à temperatura ambiente durante 30 minutos.
Cozer a 180 graus durante 15-20 minutos, mantendo um olho atento. É preciso ter belos pãezinhos dourados! Desfrute imediatamente com Alvalle Sweet Pepper and Spice Cold Soup!
