Aqui está uma receita rápida e fácil para uma lentilha de coral dal com leite de coco e especiarias. Pode obter a consistência que preferir: mais ou menos cremosa, mais ou menos líquida. Em trinta minutos, tudo está feito. O coco amolece as especiarias (as especiarias não têm de ser picantes). Pode facilmente encontrar tudo nos supermercados perto de si! Então, salte! Todos na cozinha!
Receita de Lentilha Dal para 4 pessoas:
-250g “coral” lentilhas -2 colheres de sopa de óleo -2 tomates -1 cebola -1 ou 2 dentes de alho esmagados -2 colheres de sopa de óleo -20cl de creme de coco -1 colher de sopa de curcuma em pó -1 pau de canela -1 colher de chá de gengibre em pó -1 colher de chá de sementes de cominho -1/2 colher de chá de cominho em pó -1/4 colher de chá de paprica doce -1 pitada de malagueta em pó (depois disso depende de si) -30g de coco ralado seco -sal, pimenta
Levar uma grande quantidade de água salgada a ferver e cozer as lentilhas durante 20 minutos.
As lentes sairão, isso é normal!
Descasque os tomates e corte-os em pedaços, bem como a cebola.
Quando as lentilhas estiverem cozinhadas, deixá-las escorrer.
Colocar o óleo numa caçarola em lume bastante alto, adicionar o alho esmagado, o tomate e a cebola.
Quando os tomates derreterem um pouco, adicionar um pouco de água para evitar que o fundo se queime e depois adicionar as especiarias: gengibre, cominho em pó, pau de canela …
Pimenta, curcuma, cominho em pó, páprica.
Acrescentar as lentilhas e misturar bem.
Acrescentar o leite de coco.
Acrescentar também sal, pimenta e coco ralado.
Está pronto! Basta deixá-lo cozinhar com a consistência desejada: mais suave ou mais líquido (basta adicionar água).
