وصفة مثالية لبداية أصلية أو فاتح للشهية! لقد تذوقت ما يعادل هذه الكعكة اللذيذة مع Morbier والبقدونس والبندق في مطعم في Joigny حيث كنت محظوظًا بما يكفي لدعوتي. أردت أن أفعل ذلك مرة أخرى في المنزل، دائمًا بدافع الغريزة. والنتيجة لذيذة، بالإضافة إلى حصولها على لون أخضر جميل وغير متوقع عند تقطيعها. من السهل جدًا تحضيرها، فمن الأفضل أن تكون ساخنة أو فاترًا، لذا يجب إعادة تسخينها قبل تناولها!
وصفة لقالب قطره 23-24 سم:
130 جرامًا من زيت الزيتون أو زيت اللفت للطهي
200 جرام بيضة
40 جرام بقدونس (أو ثوم بري)
4 فصوص من الثوم، مقشرة (لا داعي للثوم البري)
230 جرام حليب نصف دسم
7 جرام من الملح
15 جرام سكر
300 جرام طحين T55
10 جرام بيكنج بودر
100 جرام من مسحوق البندق
– 70 جرامًا من جبنة كومتيه أو إيمنتال المبشورة
230 جرامًا من الموربييه المقطع إلى قطع صغيرة
ضعي الزيت المختار و200 جرام من البيض (حوالي 4 بيضات متوسطة الحجم) والبقدونس المغسول والمقطع والثوم المقشر في الخلاط واخلطيهم حتى تحصلي على نوع من الكريمة المتجانسة.
نسكبه في وعاء ثم نضيف الحليب، الملح، والسكر.
نخلط ثم نضيف الدقيق والبيكنج باودر ومسحوق البندق.
ثم أضف الجبن: Emmental أو Comté المبشور وجبن Morbier المقطع إلى قطع (مع القشرة!).
نخلط المكونات جيداً ثم نسكبها في القالب المبطن بورق الزبدة. قم بتوزيع القليل من الزيت على الحافة الداخلية لتسهيل فك القالب في المستقبل.
يُطهى لمدة 50 دقيقة عند 175 درجة مئوية على نار ثابتة (ليست حرارة دوارة).
قم بفك القالب واتركه يبرد على رف الخبز.
استمتع به كمقبلات أو كبداية مع السلطة. من الأفضل أن تكون كعكة موربير ساخنة أو دافئة، لذا قم فقط بإعادة تسخينها!
ضعي الزيت المختار و200 جرام من البيض (حوالي 4 بيضات متوسطة الحجم) والبقدونس المغسول والمقطع والثوم المقشر في الخلاط واخلطيهم حتى تحصلي على نوع من الكريمة المتجانسة.
