يوجد نقص في الزبدة وقد قمت للتو بوضع مقطع فيديو لـ kouign amann (شاهد الفيديو هنا )! ضحكتني هذه الضحكة لأنني لم أسمع بهذا النقص إلا بعد إعلان الفيديو. لكني ما زلت أرغب في خبز الكعك ، حتى بدون زبدة ، وقد حصلت للتو على إناء جديد من KitchenAid. لذلك أعطاني هذان العنصران فكرة صنع هذه الكعكة ، خالية من الغلوتين بشكل طبيعي ، من دقيق الحنطة السوداء والبندق. مع قليل من العسل والقرفة ، تنبعث منه رائحة السقوط. كن مطمئنًا ، حتى بدون الأواني ، ستكون قادرًا على صنع هذه الكعكة اللطيفة قليلاً والتي ستكون أفضل ألف مرة.
وصفة لقالب مربع بطول 22 سم:
100 جرام بندق
100 جرام لوز مطحون
330 جم كريمة ثقيلة كاملة
4 بيضات
75 غ من زيت البندق (أو بذور اللفت)
60 جرام سكر بودرة
65 جرام عسل
1 ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة
65 جرام دقيق الحنطة السوداء
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة مطحونة
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
5 تفاح
اخلطي البندق لتقليلها إلى مسحوق. يمكنك أيضًا إضافة مسحوق مصنوع بالفعل.
تصب في وعاء مع اللوز المطحون والقشدة والبيض.
يضاف زيت البندق (أو بذور اللفت) والسكر البودرة والعسل والفانيليا.
