Poêlée au poulet, blettes, champignons, tomates séchées et sauce crémée au Boursin®
Je vous propose une deuxième recette en partenariat avec Boursin® ail et fines herbes. Après le risotto (recette ICI), je vous ai cette fois concocté une poêlée au poulet, champignons, blettes et tomates séchées, dans une sauce à la crème et au Boursin. C’est un vrai délice et se servira volontiers avec un simple riz blanc.
Voici les légumes que l’on va utiliser ! Un beau pied de blette sera parfait !
Coupez le bord du pied de blette.
Coupez le pied en morceaux assez petits sur la partie blanche, puis plus larges sur la partie verte.
Épluchez le demi-oignon et tranchez-le finement. Coupez aussi les champignons.
Pour le poulet. Enlevez la peau.
Dégagez l’os central avec un couteau.
Vérifiez l’absence de cartilage. Coupez chaque haut de cuisse en deux. Mettez dans une poêle bien chaude avec de l’huile d’olive.
Faites bien colorer de tous les côtés. Salez et poivrez.
Enlevez la viande, laissez le gras et ajoutez les gousses d’ail épluchées et hachées.
Ajoutez également les champignons et l’oignon.
Faites cuire. Les champignons vont diminuer.
Ajoutez alors le pied de blette.
Les feuilles vont cuire à la façon des épinards.
Coupez les tomates séchées et marinées en petits morceaux.
Dans la poêle !
Quand la blette est cuite, remettez le poulet avec le jus qu’il aura rendu.
Versez la crème et le boursin.
Mélangez bien. Le boursin va bien fondre. La sauce est onctueuse à souhait. Vous pouvez ajouter un demi-verre d’eau pour la rendre un peu plus fluide. Salez et poivrez à votre goût.
Servez bien chaud avec un simple riz par exemple !
