Commencez par préparer les champignons: dans une large poêle, faites chauffer 3 cuillérées à soupe d'huile d'olive. Ajoutez les gousses d'ail écrasées puis les champignons nettoyés et coupés. Quand ils sont cuits et légèrement grillés, parsemez d'un peu de ciboulette ciselées.
Mettez la crème liquide dans une petite casserole avec du sel, du poivre, un peu de noix de muscade. Laissez réduire jusqu'à ce que le liquide devienne crémeux et enveloppant comme une crème anglais.
Faites griller les magrets de canard dans une poêle bien chaude des deux côtés pour qu'ils colorent bien. Ajustez la cuisson à votre propre goût!
Dans un grand volume d'eau bouillante salée, faites cuire les pâtes deux minutes (pour qu'elle soient bien "al dente"). Egouttez les bien puis remuez dans la casserole. Versez la crème et remettre sur feu très doux jusqu'à ce que la crème enveloppe bien les pâtes. Ajoutez à ce moment les champignons.
Servez dans chaque assiettes les pâtes aux champignons, parsemez de ciboulette hachée pour la couleur, ajoutez à côté une demi magret coupé en tranche, légèrement nappé sur la peau grillée de crème d'ail au poivre. Servez et dégustez immédiatement.
