Voici une recette vraiment délicieuse de nouilles sautées asiatiques. Il faudra tout de même préparer en avance le canard avec la sauce char siu. En s’y prenant la veille, le repas sera préparé en très peu de temps le jour même, car les nouilles sont sautées au wok très rapidement. J’ai plein de variations de nouilles sautées, mais il faut bien commencer! Celles-ci sont vraiment succulentes et ont un goût authentique que je mange en Chine.
Préparer en amont, deux magrets de canard à la sauce char siu. Il suffit ensuite de le cuire coupé en petits morceaux avec la sauce jusqu’à ce qu’il soit cuit. Cela est assez rapide au four!Voir la cuisson et la recette de la sauce char siu (en remplaçant le porc par le canard de notre recette!) en cliquant ICI.Cuire les nouilles choisies (en général 4 minutes) avec une minute en moins, car elles vont recuire dans la sauce!
Couper le gingembre en tranches (on peut laisser la peau, je le fais souvent!) puis en petits dés. Faire de même avec l’ail.
Préparer la ciboule chinoise en enlevant la petite racine puis en coupant en morceaux de 3-4cm de long.
Chauffer l’huile (sur feu vif) dans un wok, ajouter la ciboule, l’ail et le gingembre en petits morceaux et la carotte en bâtonnets.
Cuire 3 minutes sur feu très vif, puis aouter le canard coupé en petites tranches.
Bien mélanger.
Ajouter les pousses de soja.
La sauce d’huitre, le sucre et la sauce de soja.
Ajouter les nouilles précuites et égouttées.
Bien mélanger et laisser cuire 3-4 minutes dans la sauce qui sera très vite absorbée par les nouilles.
