Fondant au Chocolat et Amandes Torréfiées (sans farine)
J’aime vraiment par moment renouer avec la simplicité, car elle donne très souvent d’excellents résultats. Alors qu’un jour, j’aidais les « Reines » à cuisiner, nous avons préparé un gâteau chocolat. Le client avait spécifié qu’il voulait un gâteau très moelleux, fondant et surtout sans farine. Nous avons mis au point la recette un peu à vue de nez et le résultat s’est avéré vraiment délicieux! Je vous livre donc aujourd’hui cette recette où les amandes en poudre grillées remplacent avantageusement la farine.
