Ce cake muesli est un vrai délice ! Il est pourtant fait sans farine, sans sucre ni matière grasse. Mais avec tous les fruits secs qu’il contient, il est bien riche ! Il est parfait pour le petit déjeuner ou le goûter. Je le trouve totalement addictif, car il sent bon la banane et sa consistance est parfaite. Un grand merci à Dona Arlene, maman brésilienne qui vit à Aguaí et que je connais bien, pour sa recette que j’adore et qui a accepté que je la partage ici avec vous. Pour mon plus grand plaisir car c’est un gâteau que je referai souvent !
